Buying and selling land through the Independent Land Agent network is easy.

Getting involved in land can be done quickly and easily with these five easy steps:

  • Choose the plot(s) you want and pay a £500 deposit per plot to secure your land and price protect you.
  • Documentation is then sent the same or next day. This will contain
    • Receipt for your deposit.
    • Agreement Paperwork with necessary instructions for you to action
    • Invoice (Less £500 paid as deposit)
    • Documentation request
  • The balance is payable within 14 days into our client escrow account unless earlier agreed.
    This is for both the buyers and the sellers’ protection.
  • Upon receipt of your payment solicitors will prepare and dispatch the documents
    necessary to transfer title to or from your name.
  • After the requisite paperwork is completed you will receive your
    Title Deeds from H.M Land Registry.
