Land ownership Bulgaria:

Foreigners are not allowed to own land in Bulgaria yet,  even though we are in the EU.  If they want to buy land plots they can do so through their own Bulgarian Company. We can register companies and arrange land transfers.  It takes approximately 21 days.

The land at Unitz is already legally divided and we have skitsas (similar to UK Title Deed)  for each plot.  We can provide legal contracts by e. mail and move any transactions as quickly as possible.
