HOW DO I SELL MY PLOT?
We are able to have your land listed here exceptionally quickly, usually less than a day after you supply us with the relevant information. Once you have made a decision to sell we require the following to market your plot with maximum efficency:

• Location/Name of Site
• Size
• Plot No.(s) if Applicable
• Original Vendor Company
• Any Further Information you have such as photographs, proof of ownership (title deed) The more additional details you provide us with, the quicker it is likely to sell
• Your Asking Price for the plot and if you are open to offers below this.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
We charge a one-off fee of £195 per plot, irrespective of its size, location or asking price. If you have more than one plot to sell each additional listing is just £95. We guarantee to keep your land listed for sale for as long as it takes to sell (up to a maximum of 1 year).

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES?
On sale our commission is 1% of the sale price; so you can be assured our motivation is the same as yours:- to sell your land as quickly as possible and at the optimum price. If you choose to use an independent solicitor then it is up to you to agree these fees. However as transfer of ownership of land is effected by a simple TP1 or TR1 form we recommend you expect the buyer to bear the cost of transfer. See "How do I buy" for details.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards or cheques made payable to sellmyplot.com Please note that when paying by cheque five working days are required for bank processing before we can list your plot for sale.
