This can only be set to continue as the population rises and housing needs rise. Land values across the whole of the UK have seen in excess of 900% increase over the past 20 years. It is true to say that no other form of investment has shown this kind of consistent rise. This is the reason that land is now seen as a prime source of investment, offering the most opportunities.
